香辣煙燻車厘子,士多啤梨果醬,油封金甜菜
鴨胸平時都食得多,熟成都係第一次食,肉質軟嫩多汁,帶少少熟成嘅獨特風味,果醬就中和咗鴨肉嘅濃郁。我自己都幾鍾意鴨油薯仔,你真係會食得出吸收咗鴨油嘅精華,香味四溢。

· 榛子朱古力慕絲配鹽味焦糖開心果忌廉
海鹽開心果忌廉嘅果仁味真係相當之濃郁,而我幾鍾意佢一絲絲嘅鹹味,平衡得相當之好。榛子朱古力慕絲入口即溶,濃郁嘅朱古力味同榛子嘅香氣真係好夾,甜度啱啱好唔會太膩,再搭埋開心果個口感就更加豐富。
