今天到訪了位於尖沙咀 The ONE 1樓的 Royal INN，為一家宮廷風法式花園餐廳，以純白色為主調，設有華麗的歐式拱門及浮雕裝飾，入口充滿濃郁的歐式花園氛圍，環境優雅舒適，猶如置身歐洲宮廷的感覺香煎三文魚拌香橙忌廉汁這道香煎三文魚拌香橙忌廉汁非常可口！三文魚的表面煎得金黃焦脆，魚肉內部保持著粉嫩的色澤，口感非常嫩滑。香橙忌廉汁: 橘黃色的醬汁應該帶有濃郁的橙香和奶香，酸甜的滋味可以很好地平衡三文魚的鮮味。配菜: 配菜有蘆筍和馬鈴薯泥，蘆筍的清脆和馬鈴薯泥的綿密口感，都能為這道菜增加豐富的層次。餐湯味道也很不錯湯的表面有一層奶油，濃稠度很合適，口感很順滑。配料豐富：湯面上撒了一些香草碎，增加了視覺上的享受，也提升了湯的香氣。搭配麵包：旁邊的麵包可以蘸著湯一起吃，可以中和湯的酸味，增加口感的豐富度。這間餐廳環境優美舒適，員工服務也很好很貼心，下次再來試試其他菜式👍😃

這道香煎三文魚拌香橙忌廉汁非常可口！
三文魚的表面煎得金黃焦脆，魚肉內部保持著粉嫩的色澤，口感非常嫩滑。
