牛肉的質素不錯,烤後輕蘸鹽巴,已能令牛香活現。喜歡吃焦香一點的朋友也不用擔心,由於牛肉的脂肪比例要好,享受焦脆之餘也無損牛肉的細緻口感!

個人偏愛西冷、牛柳和肩胛肉的脂香與牛香並重,吃得大樂透也!

有肉香、不忘酒香!要多了「三郎」的雞尾酒襯托!

回到第三個套餐 — 鳥亭 / Toritei 三郎市場豚 / 雞海鮮料理 HK$580

內有阿波尾雞腿和中翼、鹿兒島黑豚里脊肉和黑豚肋肉,相當吸引,而且味道不遜於和牛,無論雞或豚被爐火烤香後,皮脆肉嫩兼多汁,真的好吃極了,不難明白日本食材不斷被熱捧的原因!
