今晚在尖沙咀逛逛,在亞士厘道搜尋附近食肆,發現了一間新開的韓式燒烤,便來到一試。這裡和大部分的韓式燒烤一様,抽氣管都是從頂部抽風,座位都很寛敞。侍應第一時間開爐和送上六款前菜,其中以泡菜的味道最好,不會太酸,還帶點津白的甜味,是我的挈愛,最後當然追加了兩碟。爐邊除了泡菜蛋,還有粟米芝士,加熱後芝士可以拉絲,是最邪惡又好味的小食。牛仔骨,兩塊大大件的牛仔骨,未經醃製,燒烤後,肉質帶點嚼勁,而不會靱,剪開三小塊就可以輕易進食。特上牛排骨肉,已經去骨和加上了醃料,牛肉味濃郁,肉質偏腍,易於進食。如果用生菜包著,就不會油膩。
