菠蘿拿破崙泡芙外層,會唧少少吉士忌廉,再灑糖燒香,香甜又脆口。仲有杏仁拿破崙泡芙同$55嘅開心果拿破崙蛋糕。
佢哋嘅64層酥皮特意切正方形細件,用6塊細酥皮豎立夾住5層忌廉,而且要接到柯打先即時組裝,確保交到客人手時,酥皮仲係夠脆、忌廉夠滑,食到最佳口感!
