同屋企人聚餐揀咗尖沙咀呢間酒樓食中菜,地點方便,環境都舒服,仲有海景睇添。重點係有龍蝦、蟹、牛呢啲貴價餸,有晒擺盤,價錢都好親民,味道亦不錯。金不換雪花肥牛龍蝦擺盤幾有心思,龍蝦已經斬件,有六大件肉,新鮮爽口,金不換配海鮮係幾夾,唔會冚咗海鮮嘅鮮味,又有啲特別嘅香氣。肥牛粒肉質鬆軟,一啲筋都冇,牛味香,油花比例唔會太肥,用金不換調味幾惹味。黑白胡椒年糕炒蟹呢個黑白胡椒蟹超級有鑊氣,勁香勁惹味,辣得過癮,肉蟹絕對新鮮,肉質紮實鮮嫩,特別係蟹鉗嘅肉好爽滑,食得勁滋味。配襯嘅年糕要記得趁熱食,因為凍咗會變硬,熱食的話又香又煙靭香糯。勁蔥雞半隻 $98呢隻雞好有驚喜,擺盤已經好吸引,真係勁多蔥,遮住晒啲雞,我見到勁開心,因為我係好鍾意食蔥油嘅。講返主角隻雞好嫩滑,真正皮爽肉滑,佢係連雞胸肉嘅部份都可以用滑嚟形容,雞髀位更加唔使講,食到舔舔脷,配埋上面嘅蔥同埋調製嘅砂礓汁,超級香。伴碟嘅蝦餅唔係吸晒油味嘅,佢係乾身脆卜卜,點嗰個沙薑汁食好好味。

金不換雪花肥牛龍蝦
