To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約左中學同學食飯,因為唔食得辣所以揀食上海菜。之前係尖沙咀成日見到依間上海婆婆排長龍,前日終於一嘗上海婆婆的魅力。好彩一早預約7點,我地8點走已經見到要等位。冷菜叫左冰鎮醉雞同肴肉,肴肉有點過肥,只係食到脂肪啫喱多過食到肉,醉雞不過不失。主菜叫左小籠包、四季豆、醬燒茄子,茄子舊舊分明,唔會煮到爛晒,好好食,四季豆就不過不失,係咸左少少。仲叫左個336炒飯,蝦都落足料。埋單4百幾,三個人食絕對食得飽,咁嘅價錢好抵。
