我今日放工後,約同好友去位於尖沙咀亞士厘道20A號地舖的保頓冰室食晚餐,傳統冰室的裝潢,播著八十年代懷舊金曲,甚有風格。我點左個 招牌豬油撈飯:A餐 椒鹽豬扒煎蛋豬油撈飯$88,餐飲係凍檸檬紅茶$8(跟餐);另加 雪糕菠蘿包$38;好友點左個 鐵板扒餐: E餐 招牌牛柳大蝦(洋葱汁)配白飯 $168,跟羅宋湯(餐湯)及牛油餐包,餐飲係熱香濃咖啡(跟餐)。2球冰凍的雲呢拿雪糕夾在熱菠蘿包中,食起來是冰火相逢,好特式又好食;椒鹽豬扒炸得皮香肉嫩,奉上鎮店豬油和豉油,份量自配,食到脆口的油渣粒,好味呀!牛柳是7成熟,大蝦好肉,整體黎講係好有傳統風味的。
