一直都好想試呢一間酒吧餐廳,佢嘅露天位置可以望到清真寺,都算係尖沙咀入邊嘅清泉可以遠離繁囂。6:30入座,已經有三份一入座率,走嘅時候更加吋長爆滿,可想言之人氣係有幾勁。自家研發cocktail ($150@): —-春秋: 職員同我哋講係參照左春秋時期,嗰陣嘅人好鍾意食啲唔同嘅香料,所以想飲嘅人可以感受一下當時嘅味道。用malibu再加竹葉青,檸檬汁,青瓜,同埋少少芫荽,飲到嘅係spice味。—-杜康: 米酒,加桃同荔枝,仲blend咗南北杏喺入邊,感覺都幾特別,每一啖都會食到一粒粒。想保守d嘅,當然menu都仲有好多其他酒同cocktail選擇。炸魷魚天婦羅配雞肝醬($128):雞肝醬上配有細切葱段,令到雞肝醬唔會太寡,陪襯細多士絕對係一個好嘅前菜,炸天婦羅個人覺得調味可以再濃少少,配埋嘢飲就一流啦。貓耳朵意大利粉配茴香豬肉腸($188):貓耳朵意粉係自家製嘅,做得煙靭,配上豬肉腸再加上少少芝士造成拉絲效果。反而茴香味唔算太濃,唔會蓋過主食,唔食嘅朋友都唔使驚太浸味。立磷燒馬頭魚配碗仔翅汁($268):呢個等候時間耐少少,因為真係即叫即煮,而且油溫要夠先可以令到做到立磷效果。馬頭魚

自家研發cocktail ($150@):

貓耳朵意大利粉配茴香豬肉腸($188):貓耳朵意粉係自家製嘅,做得煙靭,配上豬肉腸再加上少少芝士造成拉絲效果。反而茴香味唔算太濃,唔會蓋過主食,唔食嘅朋友都唔使驚太浸味。


立磷燒馬頭魚配碗仔翅汁($268):呢個等候時間耐少少,因為真係即叫即煮,而且油溫要夠先可以令到做到立磷效果。馬頭魚肉身唔會過老,而且加埋炸過嘅磷片咁食,好鬆脆。要一讚嘅係碗仔翅嘥咗好多心機,配料都係常見嘅,反而佢當分子料理咁樣將啲醋造成左一粒粒,所以每一啖都會有少少醋去中和返,唔會覺得太油膩。而且口感都幾新奇,同平時就咁加醋撈埋好唔同。


順帶一提,呢度啲職員個個都好玩得,而且健談,會主動介紹食物同埋同你吹吓水,幾chill幾開心🥳


總結:叫埋三五知己坐喺露天地方一路飲酒一路食住呢啲咁打卡able嘅嘢做個happy friday night都唔錯!
