依間最近大熱的餐廳,餐廳裏面是型格摩登裝修,而戶外座則打造成花園,露台邊圍滿花草植物,估唔到平時成日經過的清真寺,成為了餐廳的打卡位,好似去了一轉中東旅行。Lunch Set包沙律/湯、主菜、甜品/飲品。🍽️ 是日餐湯:椰菜花湯 打成泥的椰菜花再加入忌廉,口感幼滑Creamy,亦有椰菜花的鮮甜味,加上炸蒜和黑胡椒令味道更昇華,配搭的多士非常脆口。 🍽️ 三芝士忌廉汁配蝴蝶粉蝴蝶粉絕對有驚喜,用上三款唔同的芝士配搭忌廉汁,再淋上橄欖油並灑上黑胡椒和核桃粒,令依款冇肉嘅菜式味道唔單調。面頭的菲達芝士要和蝴蝶粉拌勻食用,完全唔滯,好食到一口接一口。🍽️ 香煎西冷配蕃茄莎莎牛扒煎到大約三成熟左右,外面煎得香口,裏面肉質粉嫩,唔會有血水,口感軟腍,牛扒無用好重調味料醃製,保留了原本牛肉的鮮味,再以蕃茄莎莎和火箭菜做配料,上面淋上黑醋,味道清新,唔會油膩。整體來說,餐廳食物質素幾高,價錢合理,又坐得幾舒服,性價比高。
