紅菜台很好吃，很嫩，在香港比較少能吃到。農戶家小炒肉，正常水平。倒是沒什麼期待的鱔魚愛上蛙挺不錯的，鱔魚很嫩，不過蛙肉有點老了，這個可以改善一下。銀絲卷也是正常水平，蒸得很柔軟。
