出咗消費券之後,出街食多咗,今次就去咗尖沙咀一間手工意大利粉嘅餐廳,今次兩個人撐枱腳餐前小食:梅漬車厘茄配水牛芝士好開胃,車厘茄配上淡淡的梅味,感覺好新穎,新年好少有得食到頭盤:法國白蘆筍配海膽沙巴翁+法色牛肉他他,鹽漬蛋黃配魚子醬白蘆筍好新鮮同海膽好match,至於牛肉他他份量都好多,兩個人share 剛剛好湯:南瓜湯煮得好濃味同埋好傑身😀主菜:卡邦尼手打意粉+意大利黑松露釀雞胸卡邦尼手工意粉係佢哋主打嘅菜式,手工意粉好有口感,再配上卡邦尼醬,仲有啲煙肉粒,正!至於雞胸就用慢煮個方法,裏面在鋪滿黑松露,所以口感都好滑,仲有啲黑松露香tim 甜品:意式伯爵茶奶凍+提拉米蘇小編極力推介佢哋嘅意式伯爵茶奶凍,淡淡的伯爵茶奶香再配上蜜糖,好滋味🤭
