To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食係喺元朗永年士多, 尖沙咀區開咗分店之後間唔中都會幫襯。唔好話尖沙咀區, 香港地都越黎越少車仔麵午巿長期都有人排隊, 流程同元朗一樣, 先排隊買票, 再排隊攞野食, 基本上佢地係跟號碼順序整車仔麵。今次揀咗魚蛋, 蘿蔔, 豬皮, 油菜加油麵走辣, 魚蛋同蘿蔔每次都係必點的, 油麵梗加係車仔麵既精髓😂😂😂加杯凍OT就係完美啦~魚蛋🔸係陳皮魚蛋, 唔係咁多車仔麵有得食, 好彈牙蘿蔔🔸爽甜, 唔會食到苦味豬皮🔸好淋同入味油菜🔸其實本身都會跟幾條菜, 但今次想食多啲菜就加一個餸湯底🔸就算係清湯走辣都好夠味, 唯一覺得有少少油凍OT🔸要讚下👍紅茶底夠濃夠味, 好飲過一般茶餐廳由細食到大既車仔麵絕對係兒時回憶, 隨著越黎越多選擇, 香港真係少咗好多車仔麵, 仲要喺尖沙咀旺區真係好難搵。。。
