尖沙咀有一間出名食新式韓食嘅餐廳,每期都有新點子,前嗰排小妹同朋友一齊去食,為嘅係佢最新推出嘅韓式「素食」。講明係素食,當然係將傳統嘅韓食以素菜入饡。前菜叫咗一道「柚子蜜炸韓蔘」($78),將韓國水蔘生炸,配上酸酸甜甜嘅柚子醬,酸甜中帶點人蔘微甘,味道幾得意!韓式海鮮煎餅同綠豆煎餅就食得多,但以Super Food羽衣甘藍整成韓式煎餅就真係未試過,呢個「羽衣甘藍煎餅」($88)鹹香味十足,羽衣甘藍煎完後嘅口感仍然爽脆,蛋餅亦唔會煎得過老。板燒芝士菜盤($98)係模仿韓燒嘅迷你版,材料全以蔬菜瓜果為主,不過個人認為啲料有啲少,得幾嚿唔夠喉。由於食物份量唔夠,小妹另外嗌咗個非素食「韓式燒牛肉拌飯」($98),味道不過不失。飲品方面,「韓.仙人掌果酒」($158)嘅味道好特別,小妹我未食過仙人掌,唔知仙人掌係咩味,所以真係話唔到畀大家聽,呢杯酸酸甜甜嘅果酒係咪真係仙人掌味,不過店員喺杯邊鋪上爆炸糖,產生「爆炸」口感,加上乾冰製造仙氣意景,令小妹好驚喜。
