原先以為串燒間間差唔多,今次來到尖沙咀P3出口的川味亭,發現用新鮮食材烤乾是不一樣的!唔需要超重調味,都可以好好食。.焦糖烤菠蘿,脆卜卜的焦糖,配juicy菠蘿,估唔到咁好食🤩 要試呀!新鮮扇貝大大粒,上枱時滾燙,蒜香撲鼻。先呷一口汁,充滿牛油蒜香,再嚐帶子肉,滿足!🥰蒜蓉海大蜆,完全無沙👍 蒜蓉牛油浸著海蜆,新鮮入味,仲要有十幾粒咁多。嫩豆腐切成小粒,用蒜蓉湯浸著,是一個暖胃的滑豆腐湯,最適合在冬天吃。日式芝士年糕,內裡流心🧀(第5張相)烤烘時間掌握得很好。朋友點了雞心,我第一次食,估唔到幾好食,爽口有點像雞腎。烤甜蕃薯,別小看它size迷你,但甜度驚艷😃,有驚喜!必點!另外,嚐了韭菜、豆卜,同樣烤得香脆惹味。整體食物質素高,選擇亦多。由於每道菜要新鮮烤烘,所以記得一次點多款食物,耐心等待呢。
