話說疫情期間試過幾次在屋企燒肉,之後洗餐死。受過教訓之後我就知道燒肉都系要出街食,特別現在可以晚市堂食,更加應該抓緊機會~話說尖沙咀嘅哩間驚安燒肉商店已經bookmarked咗好耐,午市仲有七折認真抵食,但係佢長期爆場,吾book位應該冇得食~因為今日早收工竟然有位,終於可以過嚟試下。餐廳內環境吾錯,座位各有千秋,想兩個人坐吧台又得,四五個人坐卡位又得,八個人坐圓台又得,而且座位同座位之間間隔得好,系疫情期間更有安全感。五目九宮格盛合($328),相機食先嘅我首先就點咗哩個必須打卡嘅九宮格盛合,佢絕對系有顏值、有實力嘅系列,肉類整齊擺放在九宮格內,有厚切牛舌腩、A4和牛上蓋、A4後腰脊肉、手切Prime牛小排、A4和牛腩、壺漬牛肋肉、安格斯霜降牛、味噌五花腩、柚子雞肉。一次過可以試曬豬牛雞肉,好滿足!盛合中牛肉肉味濃郁,燒完後仲好juicy,而柚子雞肉又可以平衡下牛嘅油膩感,整個組合好match!和牛沙巴當壽喜燒($188),A4和牛沙巴當系牛肩胛下部接近肋骨的部分,含有均勻的霜降油花。哩個懶人必點,因為店員會在席前幫你用火槍將牛燒到5成熟左右。秘製壽喜燒汁有濃郁嘅黑鬆露味,再將生雞蛋

和牛沙巴當壽喜燒($188),A4和牛沙巴當系牛肩胛下部接近肋骨的部分,含有均勻的霜降油花。哩個懶人必點,因為店員會在席前幫你用火槍將牛燒到5成熟左右。秘製壽喜燒汁有濃郁嘅黑鬆露味,再將生雞蛋攪勻加入,食之前將牛肉沾上醬汁,再配一口珍珠米飯,牛嘅嫩滑配上飯嘅軟糯,非常正!

厚燒栗子豬五花(5片)($68),一開始對哩碟冇咩期待,但原來佢好好味喎!肥肉部分燒熟後外皮焦香,內裡充滿肉汁,又有少少似豬油渣嘅香脆,好特別!
