今次星期日中午時段過黎,酒樓都好旺場,幾熱鬧,全部用咗圓枱,二至四人嘅圓枱都幾寬敞舒適。食點心就可以自己填好點心紙再交俾樓面,如果想點餐牌入面嘅菜式就揾經理落單。我哋今次就揀咗食點心,出菜幾快,唔洗等太耐!雞腳燉螺頭湯($30)超足料燉湯,味道鮮甜,滋陰補腎,姐姐仲好窩心甘提我記得趁熱飲!紅燒雞絲翅($48)濃稠適中,入口順滑,雞湯鮮味香濃,肉質細嫩,淋上少少浙醋,味道更豐富。酸薑皮蛋($48)唔係度度有得食嘅前菜,溏心皮蛋皮爽流心,加上爽口酸薑同砂糖,醃製過嘅薑唔太辣幾易入口,酸酸甜甜好開胃!招牌蝦餃皇($42)大大粒蝦餃好飽滿,摺紋精緻,咬落皮夠薄餡夠彈牙,仲好濕潤,超高質!蟹籽燒賣皇($42)蟹籽多到飛曬出嚟,上枱熱辣辣,蝦肉同豬肉比例適中,肉質彈牙!脆皮金沙蝦腸($42)油份十足嘅腸粉皮包住蝦春卷,口感豐富,蝦肉餡唔算多但春卷皮保持到脆身!南翔小籠包($38)手工製小籠皮薄入面湯汁好多又鮮,蘸埋薑絲同黑醋,要趁熱食費事小籠包變硬。蜜汁叉燒包($30)叉燒包好大件,甜甜嘅肉餡多,外皮鬆軟唔癡牙。最後仲送咗綠豆沙糖水,好滿足!
