滿小館 (尖沙咀) 📍尖沙咀麼地道63號好時中心地下30-41號舖上網見到呢間擁有眾多好評而且地點方便就腳的尖東新派中菜廳決定相約朋友大快朵頤,當然要點其招牌古法燒腩叉🤩。白桃烏龍:精緻玻璃壺呈上,蠟燭慢慢助熱儀式感滿滿。烏龍茶可解膩消滯,白桃獨有香甜微妙的香氣增強了烏龍茶清爽口感,不錯。拍蒜陳醋海蜇頭:海蜇頭質感爽脆彈牙,肉質較厚,營養豐富,用上大量蒜粒麻油拌勻 ,加添陳醋,酸酸味味,做涼拌開胃菜一流。冰鎮磯煮五頭南非鮑魚:乾冰令鮑魚有騰雲駕霧的感覺,冰鎮效果加倍。磯煮是用日式醬油和昆布慢火炆煮,除了可以保持鮑魚鮮嫩的肉質,而且醬汁香濃清甜,好適合夏天食。水煮鱸魚片:花椒八角點少得,大量鮮和乾辣椒增香增味,毫不吝嗇的滑嫩鱸魚片,不會一夾即散!豆卜吸滿湯汁精華,仲有爽口新鮮嘅芽菜,闊身掛汁的薯粉,辣度有如十小辣,嗜辣者必點!脆米海皇泡飯:先呷一淡湯頭,海鮮鮮味突出,配上大量海皇粒,仲有帶子蘿蔔粒熬煮出,份外鮮甜,幾乎有五至六碗飯,份量驚人,加上脆米粒增加口感,停不了口。BB乳鴿:香燒紅燒乳鴿,慢慢LUN好正,調味吾會過鹹,適當乳鴿油香增加食慾,外皮燒得外脆內軟,肉質軟焾。火焰古法燒腩叉

火焰古法燒腩叉:一整條已切件的蜜汁豬腩叉,上菜時加酒精再火炙一下,儀式感得黎又聞到碳烤香,增添風味,叉燒肥瘦相間,表面燒至香脆帶焦,油脂豐腴。仲帶桂花花瓣係表面增添甜味清新度。
