唔講唔知,原來博洛尼亞係用日本鳥越製粉嘅小麥粉做,相比美x嘅面包,呢度嘅包有質感多啲,唔會一陣風咁。今次試左菠菜煙肉芝士包,個樣平平無奇,仲有啲醜,包底下仲黏住燶焦。一咬入囗煙煙韌靭,比較黏,包入面好多菠菜,加上適量嘅煙肉芝士,唔會太咸,好味😊
