To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同大食老友食罷楊氏肉骨茶,由於成九點幾至幫襯,咩小食都售罄,連油條都冇,所以老友點都要食番D小食至夠皮。之前book左十點去做腳底按摩,埋單時都近九點半,由蘇杭街至半山電梯,有咩小食啊?答案係‧‧‧蛇王芬!九點七抵達,舖內人一點不少,可見呢倨老字號依然不乏捧場客。睇下餐牌,一時都唔知可以食D咩。但見老友氣定神閒,先叫番個響螺燉雞腳湯,再慢慢選擇叫咩「小食」。作為一名蛇精,條友仔幾乎想叫炸蛇丸,好彩時間不足,總算俾我勸阻。由於之前食肉骨茶都食左半碟飯,我提議叫碟炒菜算數,老友聞言,只是唯唯諾諾‧‧‧最後,我地叫左碟芥蘭炒雙腸。先講燉湯,蛇王芬出品,質素都有一定保證,湯足料夠味,雞腳燉得好腍,一食就甩皮甩骨,正!到芥蘭炒雙腸上場,潤腸同臘賜切得厚厚的,夠晒份量。當我挾起一箸菜時,老友已急不及待咁挾起一大舊潤賜送入口,並大讚好味!由於D臘腸都幾瘦,老友食左一舊已經放棄,集中火力掃晒所有o既潤腸。其實D芥蘭炒得幾好,夠爽口又冇腥味,瘦臘腸亦好有嚼頭,頗有懷舊味呢!「食D咁重味o既野,唔送飯有D怪呀可?」老友涎著臉如是說。唉,叫啦叫啦!結果呢一輪小食包左一個燉湯、一碟芥蘭炒雙腸同一碗白飯‧‧‧基

基本上呢度o既小菜係幾得架,不過油水亦好足,怕肥人士就免問啦!
