快到圣诞节了得吃点好的！约上朋友提前预定了这家尖沙咀的铁板烧海贺，不得不说一切都是一流的！置身于安静高级的餐厅里，从高空俯瞰维港的夜景，再到身边服务生的殷切态度，以及日本师傅在眼前耐心的烹饪，恍惚间感觉小时候看的小说照进了现实！！我们点的是秋冬会席套餐，折后一人880港币，包含前菜、刺身、小食、主食以及甜品等一共9个菜，会一道一道地上，热菜都是由面前的师傅现场手作的，可以看到每一款食材是如何被选择及烹饪的过程，看的内心很治愈！在这9道菜中，最喜欢的莫过于铁板烧帆立贝松茸清汤，可以看到师傅将带子🐚进行简单的烧烤边混合松茸熬制的汤底，简单又极其鲜美，把食材本身的鲜味无限放大而并未添加任何调味料🧂！铁板烧美国牛肉眼薄烧🥩也是惊喜之一，看到师傅先是把新鲜牛肉一点一点卷上特制的蒜茸葱香馅料，再加以简单的烤制，就非常美味😋推荐来这里过生日或者过纪念日，真的是一场美妙的享受之旅！记得提前预约哦！
