韓式燒肉近年開到成行成市,但出色既又有幾多間呢?熨烤達人就主打可以用個熨斗去燒肉,綽頭就又啦,但味道又點呢?我地一行三人叫唔到太多野食,叫左一個拼盤,可以試晒唔同既肉。牛扒、牛肋、豬五花、豬皮等等一應俱全,牛肉就冇醃過,明顯店家對自己既牛肉好有信心。食落牛味都幾濃,雖然冇係韓國食D韓牛咁出色,不過係香港黎講都算唔錯,油花都多。韓式烤肉必備既蛋漿當然有啦,分三格係芝之、泡菜同原味,我就最鐘意泡菜,辣辣地食落有層次。之後追加左一份五花腩,要用熨斗壓住黎燒,都幾好玩。五花腩一層肉一層油,完全滿足到我地呢幾個食肉獸。
