To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 康橋廳 (九龍塘)九龍塘劍橋道10A號九龍仔業主會1️⃣啫啫芥蘭豬爽肉呢個小菜真係整得好入味啲芥蘭唔會有苦味,而豬爽肉都幾爽一攞上台嘅時候,就超級香估唔到係會有鑊氣2️⃣台式三杯珍珠蠔本身對呢個餸都幾有期望但係佢啲蠔唔係煮得好入味亦有啲腥味佢落咗好多金不換落去,但係就炒唔香佢變咗冇乜味道,得啲普通嘅鹹味3️⃣椰皇柚子凍糕呢個幾好食,柚子味同埋椰汁味唔會搶咗對方而且仲有一粒粒柚子喺入面而且呢個甜品都唔貴,幾抵食👍4️⃣即製蛋白杏仁茶佢嘅蛋白杏仁茶好滑,唔會好重杏仁味所以本身唔係太鍾意杏仁嘅人都可以接受到蛋白佢都有好多係入邊嘅,但係就唔會太大粒結論:入面嘅小菜都幾多選擇,不過係要會員先可以入去

呢個小菜真係整得好入味
啲芥蘭唔會有苦味,而豬爽肉都幾爽
一攞上台嘅時候,就超級香
估唔到係會有鑊氣

2️⃣台式三杯珍珠蠔
本身對呢個餸都幾有期望
但係佢啲蠔唔係煮得好入味
亦有啲腥味
佢落咗好多金不換落去,但係就炒唔香佢
變咗冇乜味道,得啲普通嘅鹹味

3️⃣椰皇柚子凍糕
呢個幾好食,柚子味同埋椰汁味唔會搶咗對方
而且仲有一粒粒柚子喺入面
而且呢個甜品都唔貴,幾抵食👍

4️⃣即製蛋白杏仁茶
佢嘅蛋白杏仁茶好滑,唔會好重杏仁味
所以本身唔係太鍾意杏仁嘅人
都可以接受到
蛋白佢都有好多係入邊嘅,但係就唔會太大粒

結論:入面嘅小菜都幾多選擇,不過係要會員先可以入去
