To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚嘗了一間係金鐘的上海菜,竟然有‘乞丐雞’吃(也稱叫化雞/Beggar's Chicken),感覺已經失傳好久的菜,在這里吃到了. 雖然不如往年的美味,不過還有餐廳做已經算很難得了。上桌的時候可以讓客人用錘子(他們叫富貴錘/Hammer)琢開, 里面是原只雞,waiter會非常貼心地把所有骨頭和皮都挑出來讓客人品嘗。 值得一試,提醒一下,要提前一天預訂哦。前菜叫佐 钵钵雞、熏魚(Smoked Fish), 個钵钵雞我唔多鐘意,因為有花生醬;熏魚比較到味,唔錯。主食有我最鐘意的龍井蝦仁,非常好味啊,一定要叫!仲有炒年糕,干煸四季豆和筍,還有個荷葉包住的肉,可惜不是我點的菜,菜名都不知道。Come to yè shanghai Hong Kong and Kowloon to enjoy the famous jingjian tong baos - available all April. 呢個小籠包,的確一絕,好多湯,點D姜蓉鎮江醋,連我不是小籠包迷也要愛上吃了。服務非常不錯,周末都很滿座,幾乎都係鬼佬,所以最好提前訂位。夜上海已經開業7年了,現在惠顧午膳可以8折。
