由於這天跟友人K中午食完飯, 晚飯來到這間稍為低調的餐館, 早上及午餐似乎是茶餐廳菜式, 晚上才是”小炒皇”那類菜式, 我跟太座第一次來, 點了些比較穩陣之選, 是晚有: 蔥油雞半隻- 算係皮簿肉滑嘅, 但味道只是一般般, 魚香茄子煲- 這個明顯係重油濃味之作, 炸茄子為主, 免治肉就無乜啦, 魚香嘅咸魚亦不知影踪??整個餸離題甚遠, 除咗個汁做到似模似樣之外,椒絲腐乳唐生菜- 椒絲欠奉, 腐乳香亦欠奉, 有的只是咸味, 實在”失敗之作”清蒸黃立倉$58- 這個稍為似樣了, 因為出事都可以賴條魚唔新鮮, 條魚唔差啦咕嚕肉$38- OK囉, 或者當晚食唔到這餐廳的拿手小菜啦
