聽朋友講起旺角有一間酸菜魚味道幾好,咁啱出開旺角就去試一試。間舖頭係煙廠街唔太起眼,因為路前有啲生果檔遮住咗。門口細細入到去原來入面都幾大,而且冷氣好足。而家入秋,開始有羊腩拆蟹粉菜式。羊腩煲就留返下次,叫咗個生拆蟹粉扒豆苗、另外叫咗個黑松露爆元貝,同埋酸菜魚。老檀酸菜魚(細)好在叫份細,個份量一啲都唔細。辣味入口好勁,但係散得好快,辣得過癮。我第一次可以飲到酸菜魚裏邊啲湯。魚肉都好滑,加埋豆芽豆卜、芋絲索曬啲湯,的確唔錯黑松露醬爆元貝皇夠曬鑊氣,元貝好厚肉,有成7大粒配埋甜豆生拆蟹粉扒豆苗一般係高級粵菜先見到嘅生拆蟹粉菜式居然係呢度有就梗係要試吓啦。豆苗嫩冇渣就一定,蟹粉都足料,食到蟹嘅味道,如果唔係飽,我一定就碗白飯撈汁。其實間野啲出品都似酒樓,其實如果唔一定要坐得好高級都可以選擇吓呢類小店。見啲食客都有熟客,有講有笑討論有乜好食,有啲交流其實仲好。
