搵到一間好有日本風味的居酒屋,同朋友飲杯嘢傾下計~當然唔可以齋飲,叫了幾串特色的串燒:🌟免治雞肉棒配日本初生蛋($42):雞肉棒沾上初生蛋,外面香滑,雞肉厚身,好有咬感,好友讚不絕口👍🏻🌟牛舌大蝦卷($118):未見過咁樣嘅配搭,又幾夾。大蝦新鮮爽口,配上牛舌那一陣牛味和相對煙韌的口感,好吃😋🌟燻煙五花腩($68):燻煙嘅煮法通常都會咸少少,五花腩燒到外面乾身脆脆地,不錯~👌🏻🌟餐廳其實有很多不同款式日本清酒,不過我和朋友就點了ASahi 生啤($68)不得不提,坐低冇幾耐,廚師放低咗一個碟,我們還在想是不是串燒伴碟。後來聽佢講完之後先知,原來係可生食嘅清甜日本粟米、芽菜和青檸(可點串燒),大鄉里😂走過燈籠街,坐低望住廚師燒嘢,同朋友慢慢坐傾下生活大小事,開心~
