To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實呢個呢都係之前去長洲食嘅其中一間餐廳～去之前有睇到OpenRice，發現佢啲allday breakfast都比較出名。但係因為我地本身已經食左d嘢，所以覺得食唔落All-day，就轉戰食個Burger啦！餐廳都係用自助形式既～店內環境都好有歐式風格，感覺就好似去左歐洲咁。但係我就嫌店內張高凳太高，對我呢個矮人黎講落去就唔係好方便，而且走嗰陣因為著短褲，會搞到後面有印。我地叫左：💟【新鮮蘑菇芝士牛肉漢堡 $58】💟【魚仔竹炭漢堡 $68】💟【Caffe Latte $36】其實我就淨係食左魚仔竹炭漢堡，其他都係我朋友食既。但係佢哋既漢堡睇落係好睇過我，咁我就淨係評價我自己嗰個。佢包既質感好好呀，而且係有特意浸過牛油咁，但係又好香好鬆軟。內裡魚仔都好好味，好脆。成個咁樣食都好夾。最神奇其實係沙律，因為唔想咁油膩所以我轉左沙律，真係好新鮮，而且佢個醬好特別，係酸酸甜甜嘅感覺。下次會想食All-day～～
