今日午飯時間同朋友路過荃灣中心,發現新開咗間日本小店,係門外見店面乾淨企理,午餐價錢又唔貴,就同朋友行咗入去。    雜錦魚生沙律 ($38)沙律菜同車厘茄新鮮爽脆,角切魚生有三文魚、八爪魚、帆立貝 & 油甘魚,水準不錯,鮮甜味美。(蔬菜冇出水,唔會整稀咗個沙律醋,讚!)    生薑豚肉飯 ($55)「生薑燒」係日本被稱為「日本男人最愛料理」,果然有佢吸引之處。未上枱就已經傳來陣陣薑汁同洋蔥的香甜味,上枱見份量十足,每啖飯連同豬肉片&醬汁大口大口食,真係非常滿足。    汁燒三文魚丼 ($67)絕對有驚喜!首先冇諗過係用三文魚腩,火灸後釋放出甘香的油脂但不膩口,香甜的燒汁配上火灸三文魚腩細嫩嘅口感,加上一啖酸甜的壽司醋飯,真是絕配。另外一個驚喜係碗邊唔起眼的"wasabi"(山葵),吃起來是香,帶少甜,而不是只有嗆鼻,同平時一般日本餐廳食到嘅唔同。
