冇得去日本旅行,唯有放工黎居酒屋chill一chill。幸好,裝飾好日式,有彷Tatami。前菜有蟹籽薯仔沙律,同3.6牛乳鮟康魚肝。第一次食魚肝,唔知係咩因為用日本3.6牛乳浸泡咗一晚所以特別柔軟。微微柚子味慢慢浸出黎,仲有蔥絲,食落清新,唔會有膻味。串燒五点盛。特別係採用阿波尾雞,肉質嫩滑。店舖都有海報講解營養分別。雞串簡單用海鹽調味,帶出肉味。燒帆立貝牛油味重。豬頸肉烤味濃,好惹味,配酒一流。黎到重頭戲:鯛魚刺身拼盤。鯛魚晶瑩剔透,好鮮甜,同清甜。天使蝦好爽口。蠔又係極鮮甜。秋天時份好適合飲杯熱湯暖胃,鯛魚湯好濃魚味,十分足料。再點多客軟腳蟹手卷,手卷食到最落仲有軟腳蟹。楊梅酒比起一般梅酒更帶甜味,梅味係後勁慢慢出。飲落好幼滑,好易入口。唔好酒嘅都有其他選擇,例如:巨峰乳酸。品嘗美食都係對現實生活小出走嘅一個選擇。
