喚「啤酒溝燒烤」不一定只有啤酒可飲;又,眼見以為只得排排坐半路邊,3號風球下,老闆引領去轉角有充足冷氣、光猛之房間安坐。較少串燒店有燒大雞髀,大概難熟易燶。聰明的用兩支竹簽掰開燒,不會皮燶心不熟,而且叉開吃更方便。芝麻下手夠重,肉汁外滲,吃時有感外脆內軟口水流。就是吃完這個才追加兩隻燒全翼。燒雞全翼,燒到有類似氣炸的效果,脆到連雞翼尖啲骨都可以咬碎吞掉!前後點了兩款燒原條茄子,調味料如孜然粉灑得均勻,連邊角也有香料味道,而且茄子皮燒到剛好夠腍身又不燶,可連皮吃不浪費。個人比較喜歡蒜蓉味,始終其滲透力強,配吸味的茄子終歸是絕配。清酒煮蜆用了沙白蜆,肉質較一般扁殼蜆脹滿鮮甜。而這碟每隻都開口就知新鮮!燒鹿兒島一口豚的口感正合我意,一啖爽口一啖彈牙,同時有少許有嚼口不靭之筋位,媲美日式串燒店水準。燒安格斯牛仔骨都識到店家對揀選食材之要求,用到安格斯牛仔骨幾乎找不到平常見到的肥膏,全是結結實實的肉質,而有接近牛胸爽的牛味。
