Restaurant: Gyu-Kaku (Windsor House)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚市常爆, 難得放假又行過, 午飯試試叫了兩客午餐, 分別是牛肉 (忘記了是那部份了, $68) 及雞肉併豬頸肉, $68老實說, 不覺得有什麼特別, 只是普通的日式烤肉而已, $68 的價錢, 還包飲品及白飯任裝, 也可算是抵食的.肉的質素過得去, 起碼唔係醃到死晒, 淡淡的再自家調味比較好.另叫了一碗牛角飯, 當年在札幌試了一次, 驚為天人, 怎會這麼好食 特別想回味一下, 但有點失望, 來的只是一碗紫菜醬油飯, 和在日本的不同, 雖然還可以說是好食, 但與日本的卻全不一樣了...順帶一提, 侍應服務很好, 值得加分.

老實說, 不覺得有什麼特別, 只是普通的日式烤肉而已, $68 的價錢, 還包飲品及白飯任裝, 也可算是抵食的.
