明太子相信好多人都食過,但如果有個地方,圍繞住明太子做出各種料理,又去過未?大大Bar枱下面,更有明太子食材同小食出售,如果在家中飲杯酒,作為下酒菜都係一個好選擇。餐牌上大部分菜式都有明太子出現,稱為專門店名呼其實!鬆軟明太子上灌湯蛋卷濃厚蛋香味之外,配合明太子微微鹹的鮮味,兩者配合好出色,而且柔軟外皮下包裹住少少脆身魚子,口感一流!鱈卵碗係餐廳比較出名既菜式,當然要點啦,每碗都固定有明太子、鬆軟蛋絲同爽脆荀粒,口感上已經層次豐富,中間材料可自行選配。而且餐牌上有教學,跟隨步驟可以享用到3種唔同風格既鱈卵碗,除左原味,重可以加入增香配料(蔥、紫菜、黑和白芝麻、芥末、香草),更可加入上湯作茶漬飯,做法非常好!今次選左呑拿魚拼三文魚子,呑拿魚夠新鮮一啲都唔腥,而且有三文魚子鮮甜味道,令整個飯更美味!個人推薦原味!起初只諗住叫一個飯試試,但食過翻尋味,忍唔住再叫多個三文魚拼油甘魚,今次有2種唔同魚肉加入,令口感更多層次,個人中意加入少量芥末同黑白芝麻,味道加香之餘口感進一步提升!飲品方面無酒精西班牙,果汁雞尾酒裏頭有多款生果,飲一口果汁,食一粒果肉,口中充滿果香味。
