To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然餐廳位於海邊，經常有帶狗人士和狗狗在沙灘遊玩後光顧該餐廳。然而，餐廳職員卻對狗狗並不友善，讓狗主不感到受歡迎。餐廳職員經常如訓導主任般對狗狗指指點點，警惕審查狗主和狗隻的動向，讓人心情緊張。另外，也經常指責狗主，這個不許，那個不許，大煞風景和心情。本來帶狗狗想來開心遊玩，最後經常被職員弄得十分尷尬和不快。希望職員能改善對狗狗的態度，畢竟餐廳顧客群之一乃帶狗隻來海邊遊玩的狗主們。餐廳一方面做著狗主的生意，一方面在多方面表示出對狗狗的不歡迎和不友善，讓人十分失望。
