To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我都好鍾意食辣豬腩肉米線同埋 招牌麵 呀~~另外我非常同意樓下所講的說話!我食左南記咁多年.. 多少都有感情啦...但係當我去過這間南記之後...我有幾個意見-第一: 我覺得佢地唔應該加 "香港仔" 係南記粉麵之前... 這樣給人一種錯覺,以為係一間新店, 同南記粉麵冇關係-第二: 裝潢左之後 我就去左試食, 點知去到門口,見到門面有好多對卡通眼望著我, 令到我覺得有D驚嚇兼有種格格不入的感覺.... 入左去之後更令我聯想到太興 南記多年來一直都比人一種感覺係食完就走人, 唔會慢慢坐談心... 而家十足十茶餐廳咁!!, D人來多數都係單人入來食野... 但係D 卡位搞到三唔識七的人要面對面食碗麵, 焗住坐埋一齊 "你一眼,我一眼" 感覺奇怪. 仲有, 卡位下面有櫃桶, 我食麵個時,有個伙記蹲下來拿東西, 佢的頭部和我的pat 距離只有5cm... 個種情況令人困擾. 所以話D 卡位設計唔掂-第三: 個卡通同埋個堆(work hard, play hard) 的句子完全不能突出南記原有風格. 冇左個種多年來的親切感, 而家個招牌的字體都變埋, 加埋卡通, 句子... 就好似巴

我食左南記咁多年.. 多少都有感情啦...
但係當我去過這間南記之後...我有幾個意見

至於食物方面, 當然一直都保持水準, 我最愛食辣豬腩肉米線同埋招牌麵...

好希望南記可以保留原有風格, 因為南記一直陪同我地成長, 創新方面就請用於美食上吧!!
