對住海燒海鮮@三家村水產油塘鯉魚門崇信街三家村渡輪碼頭東翼小時爸媽會帶我們到鯉魚門吃海鮮,好回味因海鮮貴,一年只有大節日才有機會去。一來到好有老香港魚村風格的內裝,由碼頭改建看到海景,旁邊更是一個小型展覽館。麵豉伴青瓜,醬中仲見到一粒粒的,青風粒爽口,淡味再配上濃郁架醬,鹹味中又滲出甜甜地,舌頭留下強烈回憶。炸白飯魚仔片,蘸沙拉醬,賣相好靚架。炸完好脆又薄身,最鍾意食香口食物。對住海境吹著風吃飯,燒海鮮。用了日本磯燒 即是在爐上放上海鮮,原汁原味食材沒有經過太多加工,海蝦鮮蝦味重,生蠔燒好剛剛好唔會肉收縮變硬,仲有海水味。燒扇貝,好大隻肉厚呀,連燒出來的肉汁也是好甜鮮,無得彈但有沙味吐清。雖價錢略貴但用料靚同新鮮。
