最近忙個不停,請唔到假去睇櫻花...唯有食餐好d既日本菜一解思鄉之情~今次黎到公司附近位於寶勒巷既稻乙覓食,餐牌有散點,仲有omakase,價錢以omakase 黎講唔貴~我地點左稻乙套餐,店員介紹今期會用初春做主題~先黎和風櫻鯛薄切櫻鯛魚即係真鯛,因其身如櫻花般粉紅色,櫻花季節又正值產卵期,故此有呢個別名~配上酸醋醬汁蘿蔔泥,卷埋入口帶蔥香又微辣。薄切肉質幼細,彈牙爽口,味道清甜。大大隻既北海道真蠔,肉厚爽口,餘韻鮮味細膩。金屬、海水味唔重,更突顯真蠔既鮮甜~刺身都試到d特別野~初嘗即開既活鳥貝刺身,爽彈清甜,味道如果要形容,我覺得有一絲鮮海底椰既甜。平時食煎銀鱈魚多,原來火炙過既銀鱈魚係更滑溜,魚油豐富甘香~厚切既深海池魚,肉質細緻爽口帶油分,味道肥美~天婦羅就好有驚喜啦~用左原條針魚做天婦羅,薄薄既炸漿包住針魚,針魚本身味道偏淡,但又不失鮮味~磯燒過既新鮮鮑魚,入口有味醂甜甜地既味道~肉質柔嫩彈牙有嚼勁,好鮮嫩~牛肋肉串帶油花肉質細嫩,燒香更突出肉汁既味道。一串2件既燒活鰻,時間掌握得好好~皮香肉嫩肥美,外脆內軟。白蝦蟹膏壽司晶瑩通透既富山灣白蝦,唔好睇佢細細隻,鮮甜度相當高,三
