星期五係應該食好啲~ 今次去咗入西貢食廚師發板。餐廳環境闊落,感覺好休閒!都有少少少少少少去旅行嘅感覺~一開始先有青森県日本直送嘅礦物質水,無雜味,係好清嘅清水,好適合菜式之間清口腔!之後有茶碗蒸同埋三款前菜,炸白飯魚紫菜香脆可口,薩摩番薯香甜軟熟,合桃小女子魚( 小女子係魚名)味道幾特別!跟住兩款刺身都令人好滿意北海道牡丹蝦非常鮮甜,大拖羅油脂滿溢,入口即溶,魚味濃郁燒物係汁煮油甘魚餃配牛蒡,配合上面既柚子絲食,酸酸甜甜更開胃。壽司6貫,每一件都有驚喜!真鯛配黃柚子皮味道清新。左口魚配燒左口魚邊,兩種口感,好有心思!燒鯖魚配日本葱,醃過嘅鯖魚囗感結實,味道好好!醬油熟成拖羅經7日熟成,味道更加濃郁突出!間八唔係成日食到,魚味好濃,口感好特別!最後係葱拖羅手卷,肥美嘅拖羅食完之後依然齒頰留香❤️最後仲有京都豆乳黑豚湯同埋芝麻雪糕。享受左兩個鐘嘅午餐,好滿足。
