To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人愈大就愈中意食中菜,睇黎我都唔例外。今次係旺角食北京樓,3個女仔無得嗌半隻鴨唯有要晒全隻,我地仲叫左小籠包,津白仲有上海炒年糕。叫完之後先發覺同我上次係尖沙咀食某間中菜叫既餸差唔多咁。不過我對比起2間,我就中意北京樓既鴨啦,肉質比較實在,所以包起上黎食特別有咬口。而佢既上海炒年糕都好出色,配上鹹鹹既肉絲同冬菇絲,可惜既係佢年糕都痴埋一舊舊未算每一舊都真正入到味。而佢既片皮鴨係二食黎,另一味真係似係將鴨既少少肉配上紅蘿蔔粒菜浦粒炒埋一齊,加上生菜形成一個類似泰式生菜包既餸,都幾特別架。不過埋單就有少少貴啦,每人差唔多成250蚊,我諗多啲人黎食一定好好多!
