To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天來到尖沙咀K11 MUSEA的夜上海菜吃晚飯,一行八人,由於限聚令,要分兩張枱,拼桌以膠板相隔。兩張枱貼牆,其實比較窄,空間有限,本想叫侍應轉位安排靠窗位置,但原來靠窗位置每位要最低消費HK$500,結果還是沒有轉位。由於地方有限,先點了幾個前菜:江南脆鱔:醋味濃、脆口,味道不錯。牛油果素鴨卷:有一點特色,牛油果混了冬菇粒再用腐皮卷著,味道不錯。陳皮糖醋排骨:酸甜開胃,肉軟骨鬆。香蔥鷄髀菇:菇滑蔥香,味道較清淡。蒜泥白肉:味道較濃,但略帶清爽。後加燻魚和肴肉,屬一般,未有驚喜。吃卨前菜後點了兩個主菜:乾燒明蝦球:蝦球爽脆,醬汁味道甜中帶辣,混合洋蔥粒野味非常。片皮烤鴨二食:只有皮沒有肉,伴醬瓜蔥包在薄餅一起吃,尚可,但有點鴨騷味,或許有點肉連皮會較好。二食可選銀芽炒鴨絲或選了炒鴨鬆伴叉子燒餅,選了後者,沒有什麼驚喜,燒餅較少。原本問侍應燒餅是否跟鴨鬆不需加錢,後來發現原來要HK$72一份(4個開半共8件)。最後主食點了:海鮮兩面黃:大多汁,吃到最後水汪汪。鮮肉小籠包、上海生煎包、花素蒸餃、鮮肉鍋貼:沒有特別,但只有一碟醋點小籠包和素餃(其實應該分兩碟,因為肉和素應該分開點醬)。甜點

總結:吃得飽,但沒有什麼驚喜和特別印象深刻的佳肴,價錢屬高檔,貴在服務和環境。侍應部長的服務屬專業,環境優雅,有氣氛和情調,但我個人略嫌昏暗。
