好耐冇食韓燒,朋友帶我來尖沙咀GALBI TOWN嘗鮮。前菜除左泡菜外最特別的還有醃辣生蟹。 醬油蟹蟹放在醬油中醃製而成,味道甜中帶鹹,侍應幫忙打白飯加進蟹蓋內與蟹黃一起伴吃,味道鮮甜鹹香,口感綿密。水冷麵 麵身彈牙,有嚼勁,加上清甜的雪梨混入冷麵湯中,滋味又清新。五花肉 原條五花腩,燒烤後迫出油脂,外皮變得有嚼勁,入口肥而不膩。濟州黑毛豬新鮮豬頸肉來自濟州的黑毛豬豬頸肉!爽口彈牙、香口又惹味!正!!特選牛肋骨肉採用韓國櫻花蜂蜜醃製,味道比較清甜,中和燒肉的油膩感。全程有韓國侍應幫忙烤肉,不怕燒燶,值得一提是抽風系統好好,身上沒半點燒肉味。
