🔶海鮮二款
當日有扇貝和白鱔 ~扇貝大大隻,我上了少少充滿酒香的醬汁,上面有片小牛油,燒過之後~鮮甜彈牙。而白鱔好肥美,由專人代燒🥳燒過之後皮脆肉嫩,充滿鮮香。

有冬菇與南瓜~超過後冬菇厚肉味鮮,而南瓜香甜粉嫩,很具口感。

然後來了一客「和牛碎冷麵」~把碎牛跟冷麵拌好之後,入口冰涼清爽,帶有和牛肉香,完美平衡了燒烤之膩感。
