今日同女朋友去試新嘢,喺路邊見到呢間充滿懷舊風格嘅港式扒房店🥢一如以往慣叫咗三成熟,改咗牛扒不過不失有啲熱氣。🍜白湯承傳港式傳統有落四季豆,🥫紅湯較為遜色,缺乏牛肉味。以舊式扒房來講感覺水準有點下降。但話雖如此牛扒🥩有用傳統坑紋鑊煎,充分咁將肉汁煎出嚟,配上非常下飯嘅蒜蓉醬。兩者將回憶食到出嚟。唯一敗筆點係加得太多蒜,生蒜冇經過煎香,所以食落有啲辣口,影響享受牛肉嘅體驗並且食唔到三成熟牛扒嘅鮮味。#silvereatfoodie #hongkong #hkrestaurant #hkfoodie #hongkongfood #hkfood #topcitybites #hkfoodblog #hkig #hkblogger #美食
