To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠園酒樓各間分店的菜式雖然大同小異,但好多時外出晚飯,都會諗起美心集團的食肆,因為覺得它的分店無論環境、衞生和味道,都可保持一貫水準,昨天晚上因没有訂坐,我和家人5:30已到酒樓攞位,點了脆皮牛坑腩、菠蘿咕噜肉、雞蛋焗銀魚、米湯杞子浸菜遠和珍菌手搣豆腐。牛坑腩皮脆肉嫩,牛腩非常入味,雞蛋焗銀魚賣相很好,鷄蛋焗至金黄色,內裏銀魚加配果皮、芫茜葱,食過回味無窮,較之焗魚腸不遑多讓,況且銀魚較魚腸衛生,值得一讚。唯一不滿的是侍應態度欠佳,因有信用卡七五折優惠,埋單$586。
