To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將軍澳海傍邊，真係一個隱世好地方！餐廳環境**浪漫有氣氛**，大玻璃望住海景，夜晚燈光柔和，播住輕音樂，就算一個人嚟食飯都覺得好chill。今次試咗佢哋嘅**五成熟牛扒配薯條**，絕對係驚喜之作！牛扒煎得**恰到好處**，外層微微焦香，切開粉嫩多汁，肉質軟嫩得嚟帶點嚼勁，簡單用鹽同黑椒調味已經好夠味。配菜嘅薯條亦係**高水準**，粗身脆口，內裏綿密，熱辣辣食真係停唔到口！不得不讚嘅係職員**態度友善**，見我一個人食，主動問需唔需要推薦菜式，又細心問牛扒熟度係咪滿意，服務貼心但唔會過份打擾，令人食得好舒服。無論環境、食物定服務都令人滿意，係將軍澳難得有格調又唔會太貴嘅西餐廳。下次想靜靜哋享受一餐，或者同朋友撐枱腳，呢度絕對係好選擇！
