去將軍澳探朋友前,少不免附近去搵番D有特色又性價比高既小店嘆番餐.行過見到個番茄LOGO既小店,內裡佈置好似好盞鬼.見到左下午茶時間,去食少少野就去探朋友.內裡佈置堅係鬼馬,有好多不同香港特色設計係一個細小既鋪頭裡面,用左六十年到九十年代代表性既設計,有戲院:加埋李小龍先生既經典製作”唐山大兄”,有香港典型屋村的大閘,重點係設計雖然只是用了牆的位置,但真係用盡每一寸空間感,實實在在做了一個大閘在牆身.仲有其他不同主題,係香港咁既寸金尺土環境,老闆係抵讚既.睇住D回憶,食野份外有胃口,即刻叫左個招牌”木碎花生多士”,同”花膠雞湯米線”,”招牌瑞士雞脾蕃茄米線”,”紅豆咖啡”,”新鮮菠蘿冰”.果然係招牌小食, ”木碎花生多士”用了花生醬,奶醬圍住個麵包,上面灑滿木糠,雖然係邪惡,但食得滋味.”招牌瑞士雞脾蕃茄米線”加左”豬潤”同”叉燒”,識得將”瑞士雞脾”分開上,抵讚, 雞脾都算入味,肉質不錯, 豬潤剛剛好,不會過熟,師傅果然有兩下手勢.成碗番茄湯,無揸流灘.”紅豆咖啡”同”新鮮菠蘿冰”好正,紅豆味重, 菠蘿真係新鮮菠蘿.老闆用足料.平靚正,就係總結.
