四周環境寧靜,店舖較細,但感覺舒適,入坐後也坐得很舒服。首先上的是魴鮄魚刺身:擺盤美觀,魚身晶瑩剔透,師傅刀工不錯,每一片厚薄大小均一,味道鮮甜,附帶的醬汁(辣辣地), 很開胃。炸蝦天婦羅:皮薄,炸粉少,香脆。鳴門壽司整體每件都很有水準,啲飯唔會一夾就散,尤其三文魚厚肉,好滑, 脂肪比例均勻,而一向對腐皮壽司不太喜好的我也吃了一件。蒜片一口和牛: 啲牛入口即溶,蒜片炸得很脆及很香,加埋醬汁十分好味鐵板牛油燒帆立貝: 帶子不會煮得太熟,很易咬,還用了一些洋蔥及三色椒放底,令到帶子更香囗。海膽金龍卷:壽司飯包著中間的炸蝦,在壽司上面擺海膽,外形美觀,海膽雖然不是太多,但新鮮鮮甜,食完想再食。
