OT放工後喺返將軍澳區內搵食,就同兄弟去打個麻甩邊爐啦!小店形式經營,餐牌選擇唔算多,但亮點係個湯底,即叫即煮!我地就叫左胡椒豬肚湯底($98),個湯就在你面前爆香胡椒,再煮個湯底架!醬料盤好精緻,自己撈撈先!(醬料$15/位)打邊爐點可以唔食牛呢?我地叫左碟頂級安格斯牛頸脊($208),牛味都幾濃,以例牌黎講都算大碟。響鈴($48),即炸,夠新鮮!皇帝菜($38)醬爆手打丸類($128),叫得醬爆,當然粒粒都有內涵啦!柚子墨魚丸、芥末芝心鮮蝦丸,黑松露蘑菇牛丸同花膠粒北菇肉丸;隻隻味道都比平常食開嘅特別,例如墨魚丸有柚子嘅清新味,豬肉丸內有花膠同冬菇嘅咬口,仲有,全部都爆汁,咬落去嘅時候真係要小心,唔好辣親個嘴呀!
