To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 主菜其中一個只係好普通嘅橄欖蒜片炒意粉,但係意粉🍝浸咗喺適當嘅橄欖油之中,令到意粉好滑身呢😋

另一主菜嗌咗和牛面頰,呢個用慢煮方法煮,所以肉汁仲好好咁鎖住🤩

招牌龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵毫不吝嗇咁將蟹肉一層層咁放喺伊麵上面,蟹肉愛好者,千祈唔好錯過呢一道菜!
