剛從東京回來,老友即約吃晚飯, 選擇了這間在銅鑼灣新開不久的意大利餐廳,可望到香港美麗的夜景。揀了6道菜。前菜是-巴馬火腿蜜瓜, 巴馬火腿的鹹香,夾著蜜瓜的甜味 ,味道配絕。另一款是蟹肉青瓜沙律,蟹肉肉味鮮味。Pan Seared Hakkaido Scallop: 带子內裡軟身鮮嫩,配上清甜粟米蓉讓帶子味道更出色。配菜是Parma Ham裹著沙律菜, 顏色賞心悅目。是日餐湯-菇菌湯,菇味香濃,湯有少許甜,不知是否用了日式調味料。Awild Mushroom &Black Truffle Sclice Pasta: 野菌+黑松露香味勁濃郁,天使麵全是野菌松露味, 越食越滋味。Fresh Seafood of The Day:sea bass煎至剛熟,肉質嫩滑,連伴菜一齊食,魚味更出色。香煎海蝦,大大隻,有少少煎得過火。甜點是抹茶奶凍,抹茶的苦澀尾韻帶甘,甜而不膩👍。紅豆粒伴奶凍味道好合拍。
